This spectacular church uses a combination of modern and neo-Gothic styles to achieve its striking look. It was designed by architect Enric Sagnier i Villavecchia; construction began in 1902 and finished almost 60 years later. Entering the cathedral itself is free, but you can also take an elevator to the first viewing platform for only two euros.:
