Earning at least one Oscar nomination every year from 1932 to 1965 (apart from 1933 and 1941), Disney assisted in the creation of 81 feature films. Walt Disney died in 1966 of complications from lung cancer, leaving his final personal touch on “The Jungle Book'' in 1967. This was the last animated movie Disney worked on.:
