This pain is usually observed in
people who did more physical activity like agricultural practices,
lifting more weights, people who spend most of their time in sitting
position.
Over-exertion of muscles and
muscular joints may leads to back pain.

doing most of their work in sitting position may leads to this
problem.
Sudden lifting of weights may
increase the severity of problem.
