Social benefits of quitting tobacco:


1. You will have self control yourself. Now you are no longer controlled by cigarettes.

3. You will become healthy mother / father to your children.
4. You'll have more money to spend on other things.

6. Remember you children when you have desire to have tobacco, If you still go with tobacco then remember that this will going to effect your child's future.
7. Set a date to quit.
8. Find a support person.
9. Plan to spend the first day without Cigarette / pan.
10. Talk yourself.
11. Prise yourself for your efforts to quit cigarettes.
13. Practice relaxation techniques like Yoga, walking, meditation, dancing, music, etc,.
14. Try to reduce the consumption of caffeine and alcohol (drugs / alcohol Limit).
15. Take good diet with all nutritions.
