Reasons of Back Pain: -
This pain is usually observed in
people who did more physical activity like agricultural practices,
lifting more weights, people who spend most of their time in sitting
position.
- Over-exertion of muscles and muscular joints may leads to back pain.
- Sitting in front of computer and doing most of their work in sitting position may leads to this problem.
- Sudden lifting of weights may increase the severity of problem.
- In general, muscular tightness result back pain.
- Damage of muscles, bones may leads damage to the spine.
Primary Treatment to Back Pain: -
- Just relax and take rest if you feel your spine get damaged. Don’t move the damaged part. More essentially, take the advice of a doctor.
- Fomentation with cold and wet cloth to keep away from any swelling.
- Do a very light massage.
- Try to hold your movements until you reach doctor.
- For treatment move the patient urgently to hospital.
