Wells wrote from the late 1800s to his death in 1946. Jules Verne wrote mostly in the 1800s. Ray Bradbury wrote from the late 1940s all the way up to the new millennium. Arthur C. Clarke wrote stories and novels from the late 1930s all the way up to his death in 2008.
