Cambridge, Massachusetts - The MIT Chapel, located at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts, does not look like your typical church. Constructed by architect Eero Saarinen in the mid-1950s, the non-denominational chapel’s modern design stands in stark contrast with most of the other buildings at the university. The chapel is cylindrical and without traditional windows.
