[Answer] Who was Ruth’s redeemer?

Step 1 : Introduction to the question "Who was Ruth’s redeemer?"

...The prince found Cinderella because of her lost shoe, and Boaz redeemed Ruth with his sandal. Ruth the Moabite came back to Israel with her mother-in-law, Naomi, following the deaths of Naomi’s sons and husband. Ruth went into the fields to glean (collect the fallen grain), and that’s where she met Boaz, a relative of Naomi. Boaz graciously invited Ruth to glean with his workers. He took better care of her than was necessary to fulfill his duty to care for a widow. Later, Ruth and Naomi hatched a plan to ask Boaz to be their redeemer. The custom of the times was for a close relative to take responsibility for preserving, or redeeming, the family name by marrying the widow of a deceased relative. Ruth snuck onto the threshing floor while everyone slept and lay down at Boaz’s feet. When he awoke, she asked him to be her redeemer. Boaz talked to the elders and confirmed his eligibility, and then removed his sandal and passed it to another man, symbolically confirming a legal transaction. The covenant of marriage between Boaz and Ruth, a foreigner, mirrors the covenant plan of redemption through Ruth’s great-great-great-etc. grandson, Jesus.
