Step 2 : Answer to the question "Where can you find this historic church? "
Taos, New Mexico - The sun-dried adobe buildings of the Taos Pueblo have been continuously inhabited for at least a thousand years. The residential complex, which sits just outside Taos, New Mexico, is home to about 150 Puebloans who live there full-time (more arrive seasonally). Their first contact with Europeans came in the 16th century, around the time Fray Francisco de Zamora arrived to establish a mission. San Geronimo de Taos, the first Catholic church in the pueblo, was originally constructed in 1620. However, the locals resisted the intrusion of Catholicism, and the church was destroyed several times. The current San Geronimo de Taos was constructed in the 1850s, and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.:
