Step 2 : Answer to the question "Where is the world's first International Dark Sky park?"

Utah - If you’re an avid star-gazer, head straight to Utah’s Natural Bridges National Monument. In 2007, it was named the world’s first International Dark Sky Park by the International Dark-Sky Association, which created the program to preserve and protect areas where the sky is still dark enough to enjoy exceptional stargazing. Due to its lack of natural light pollution and the contrast with the dark canyon walls, Natural Bridges National Monument features some of the darkest skies in the country, according to the National Park Service, offering visitors a front-row seat to the Milky Way galaxy and cosmic phenomena like Comet Hale-Bopp. Today, there are 90 International Dark Sky Parks around the world, and Utah is home to 21 of them — more than any other U.S. state.:
