Its 60.39Mbps beat out the next-fastest country’s internet speed (Sweden at 40.00Mbps) by more than 16Mbps. The analysis was done by M-Lab, which partnered with Google Open Source Research, New America's Open Technology Institute, and Princeton University's PlanetLab, along with other support organizations. Scandinavian countries also made the list of speediest internet connections, with Denmark clocking in at 43.99Mbps and Norway at 40.12Mbps.:
