Step 2 : Answer to the question "Which country's national anthem was made up on the spot?"

Malaysia - Could you improvise an anthem on-the-spot? Malaysia can thank a quick-thinking aide of the Sultan of Perak, one of Malaysia’s 13 states, for its national anthem “Negaraku,” which translates to “My Country.” In 1888, the sultan was invited to visit Queen Victoria in 1888, and the aide was asked for the state’s national anthem to play for a welcoming ceremony. The only problem? They had no official anthem at the time. Wanting to avoid potential embarrassment, the aide hummed the tune of a popular song from the Seychelles, which then became the de facto anthem of Perak. By the time Malaysia gained independence from Britain in 1957, each of the Malaysian states had already established national anthems. However, there was no unifying anthem for the country, and a search committee eventually settled on the Perak national anthem. It was remastered with new lyrics, but it’s the anthem’s origins as the spontaneous ear worm of a quick-thinking aide that set it apart.:
