Philadelphia Museum of Art - During one of cinema’s finest training montages, Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone) runs up the 72 steps in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art in the first “Rocky” film (1976). The moment is replicated in the “Rocky” sequels, and in “Rocky III,” (1982) a bronze statue of the fighter was placed atop the stairs. After the movie was finished filming, Stallone donated the statue to the city, and it’s still on display to this day.:
